We accept both appointments and walk-ins. However, we recommend calling or emailing in advance, even if it's only 30 minutes to 1 hour before your desired appointment time, so we can reserve your spot.

CANCELLATIONS
We appreciate advance notice if you need to cancel your appointment or if you are running late. A quick phone call is greatly appreciated.
15-MINUTE GRACE PERIOD
Your appointment will be held for up to 15 minutes after your scheduled time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and you will be accommodated as a walk-in at the next available time slot.
